During the war emigrated to Germany, where studied theology in the Burghausen collegium. Professional activity: after graduating taught poetics and rhetorics at Vilnius university. Taught poetics and rhetorics (in 1662), also philosophy (during 1665-1667) in Braunsberg. Taught philosophy at Vilnius university during 1671-1674, also theology (during 1674-1682), was the dean of the faculty of philosophy. Master of liberal arts and philosophy of Vilnius university (1671), doctor of theology (1674). Was the rector of Vilnius university during 1684-1688.
